3. You will get an email with payment info.
4. Pay Booth Fee.
5. Your space number will be sent via email the week of the event.
6. Setup starts at 7am Saturday Morning.

Disclamier-
First, and absolutely Foremost...Let's make this a great event!
You are welcome to bring your families.
The Event is held Rain or Shine, unless cancelled by The Promoter.
There will be NO Cancellations or Refunds for any reason.
Electricity can be provided.
Hill Country Apparel LLC are not liable for any theft of property, damage, or accidents occurring on the grounds.
Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hill Country Apparel LLC, associated staff, contractors, and management from any and all liability.
Vendor Instructions-
Fill out the Vendor Application Below(This MUST be done for each event)
We will email you with acceptance and payment info
Vendor MUST HAVE a valid Tax ID Number and are responsible for paying state tax on items sold
We may also request photos of your booth or products
Payment is accepted via CashApp, Venmo, or Credit Card($5 extra charge).
After application and payment we will Email your space number the week of the show.
You are allowed to request a particular space(this does not ensure that you will get that space).
You can reserve the same space for the next month's event by paying in full before the end of the current event.
Weekend of Event-
Bring plenty of water!
Unload at the curb, then park nearby.
DO NOT set up before you park.
Load in Time - 7am-10am day of show.
Check for your space on the map.
Spaces will be marked with cones.
Canopies must be weighted(we suggest at least 20lbs per leg).
Bring your own extension cords, tables, chairs, canopies, etc.
Please be respectful of other vendors.
Show Time is 10am-5pm.
IF YOU LEAVE EARLY, YOU WILL NOT BE INVITED BACK!
Early Breakdown is not allowed.
The vendor retains liability and assumes all risk of loss and/or damage on site or in connection with transportation, display, storage, and sale of merchandise at Market Days.
Vendors are responsible for all their trash, if you leave trash, you will not be welcome back.
